Technical intervention date fix
Correction on the setting of the Technical intervention date
The component corrects the problem of selecting the date and time of the intervention.
By changing the hours of the intervention to a day other than that set by the date, the intervention changed the date when saving.
With this correction, the intervention remains on the set date.
