A) Users (browsers) of the website https://nios4.cloud/

B) Users – “Contact” section

C) Users – “New Registration” section
By completing the “New Registration” form, the user’s personal data (such as email address and phone number) will be processed to create an account and allow access to the reserved area of Nios4 services.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Data will be retained until the user deletes the account.
D) Users – “Billing Data” section
By completing the “Billing Data” section (accessible after registration), the user’s personal and business data (company name or individual name, VAT number, tax code, address, city, postal code, country, province, phone number, recipient code) will be processed for administrative, accounting and tax management purposes.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATION PURPOSES
Where users register through the website nios4.cloud, they may be given the opportunity to provide optional consent for the processing of personal data for promotional communication purposes.
