Install the Addon from the program marketplace,
In the Ticket section you can find all the Tickets, assign the technician to the intervention, check the progress of the requests.

MANDATORY Basic settings for Ticket Service :
Click the gear icon and go to the tab "Your Data", FILL IN the FIELDS in the "Main" sub-table :
- Logo for your business, company contact details, Company Name, E-Mail,
Select the ticket tab and press the button "Set and activate Ticket"
Provide your customers with the link that will appear in the field "Ticket System Url" to register them for the first time to the service through a registration form, then they will have access to all the features with their credentials, always accessing the link above.
Give your customers the opportunity to send PHOTOS and ATTACHMENTS in the support request in the new Ticket and manage everything inside a single system, already integrated in the ReportOne management system.
Portal completely customizable by yourself: customer Sheet, Fields list, Photo fields, Company logo.
You can add automatisms for example transform the Ticket directly in Work Report etc
